Check-in is completely automated and allows for independent access to the property. After 20:00, access will still be possible via the automated system; however, any requests for in-person assistance or interventions by our staff will incur a EUR 30 surcharge, payable directly to the staff member. Please note that after 20:00, any malfunctions in the home automation system, such as a lack of internet connection, electronic door lock failure, or other technical issues, cannot be repaired immediately and will not be held liable. Therefore, if the guest is unable to access the property, even after our staff's interventions, the reservation may be considered a no-show, with no right to a refund. After 23:00, in-person assistance is not guaranteed. Please note that the property is located on the fourth-level floor with no lift access.This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.
