- Guests are strongly advised to have snow chains and studless tires equipped to their vehicle when travelling at any time between late November to early August.
- The property's front desk is approximately a 45-minute drive away from the Usui Karuizawa Interchange
- Please note, there are no supermarkets or dining options near this accommodation. Guests are advised to purchase their own food before travelling to the area. A local supermarket, Tsuruya Karuizawa Shop, is open daily between 09:30-20:00.
