Based on local tax laws, guests with a tourist visa to Israel are exempted from paying VAT for their reservation. Israeli citizens and residents ("non tourists" as defined in the VAT law) must pay VAT. This tax is automatically calculated in the total cost of the reservation for domestic customers. For guests booking from outside of Israel, the tax is not included in the total price. There is no daily cleaning. Only cleaning before check-in. Daily cleaning is possible with an extra-charge. Self Check-in - There is no reception. We will send you the check-in instructions before your arrival. Please note: A ILS 100 replacement fee will be charged for any lost room keys. Important City Construction Notice: Our central location means you are steps from downtown, but we are currently adjacent to the Jerusalem Light Rail construction project. The city's schedule is unpredictable and out of our control. There are quiet weeks, but on active days, construction noise (including jackhammering) can start at 7:00 AM. While some balconies face the site, our suites feature soundproofing and blackout curtains to significantly minimize disruptions when windows and doors are closed.This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.
