Cots are available upon request for an additional charge of EUR 30 per reservation. You must notify the property 24 to 48 hours before your arrival. A surcharge of EUR 10 per person, per night applies for each additional guest you wish to add to your booking. Please note that an additional charge is applicable for late check-in. The charges are as follows: EUR 30 from 19:00 to 20:00. EUR 50 after 20:00. Any evidence of smoking or loss to the property caused by guests from smoking will incur a charge of a minimum of EUR 400. Please take into account the following important information before booking: - Towels, sheets as well as toilet paper are included upon arrival, however, replacement or change during your stay is not included. -Baby crib: Price: EUR 30.00 per reservation. It is not guaranteed, guests must request it 24-48 hours in advance and if available we will provide it. -Extra guest: Each extra guest not included in the reservation will be charged €10 per night. -Arrival after hours: - Our check-in time is from 3:00 p.m. to 7 p.m., Monday to Friday (ask us if you want to check in earlier). Outside these hours we will charge €30 in cash, after 10pm it will be €50 and after midnight €80 - If the arrival day is a local or national holiday, weekends, the cost will be 30 EUR until 10 p.m., after 10 p.m. it will be 50 EUR an after midnight it Will be 80EUR - If the arrival day is 12/25, 12/26 and 01/01 the charges will be as follows: 50 EUR until 10 p.m., after 10 p.m. 100 euros. - The Tourist Tax in force in Barcelona will apply. (€6,25/person/night, over 16 years of age and up to 7 nights). The tourist tax will increase to €9.50 starting from April 1, 2026.- Smoking is NOT ALLOWED under any circumstances. Receiving a report or having evidence that smoking in the apartment will result in immediate eviction from the apartment and a fine of at least 400 euros. It is prohibited to smoke in the apartment and the balcony. - Parties or meetings are NOT ALLOWED under any circumstances. If we receive a report and/or the police, security or neighbors intervene, you will have to pay a fine of €500 (in addition to the police fine). The property will not be held responsible under any circumstances for theft, robbery or any other theft of property that may occur within the facilities of our flats. Guests are strongly advised to take the necessary precautions for the safekeeping of their valuables, including the use of safety deposit boxes if available, and to keep doors and windows properly closed and secured. The security of personal property is the sole responsibility of the guest.This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.
