Guests must inspect the property on arrival and inform the host within 1 hour of arriving via the messaging feature if the property is not up to standards or if there are any issues. Please also take photos where possible. If no issues are reported, we will assume the guest is happy with the condition of the property and any issues highlighted after checkout will be raised with Booking.con.
