Please note that after 20:00, any malfunction of the automated or smart system (including, but not limited to, internet connectivity issues, electronic door lock failures, or other technical disruptions) may not be resolved immediately and shall not be considered the responsibility of the property. If the guest is unable to access the property, including following any on-site intervention, the reservation may be treated as a no-show and will not be eligible for a refund.
