## ⚠️ IMPORTANT – CONDITIONS FOR ACCESS TO THE ACCOMMODATION To comply with current regulations and MERAT HOME’s operating policies, the following conditions apply to all guests. ### Unmarried couples and mixed-gender groups Couples where one or both partners hold Moroccan nationality must present an official marriage certificate and a valid form of identification for each person. The marriage certificate may be requested prior to arrival or at check-in. Mixed-gender groups comprising Moroccan men and women must be able to present any supporting documents required by applicable regulations. Failure to present the requested documents will result in denied access to the accommodation without a refund. ### Mandatory identity verification All guests must present a valid official form of identification (National ID card, passport, or residence permit). MERAT HOME reserves the right to deny access to the accommodation to anyone unable to provide proof of identity. --- ## 1. Check-in and check-out times * Check-in: from 3:00 PM * Check-out: before 11:00 AM Requests for early check-in or late check-out are subject to availability and may incur additional charges. Any unauthorized late check-out may be subject to a fee. --- ## 2. Rental agreement A short-term rental agreement may be sent to the guest prior to arrival. The agreement must be completed, signed, and returned within the requested timeframe. Refusal to sign may result in the cancellation of the stay or denied access to the accommodation. --- ## 3. Number of authorized guests Only the persons listed in the reservation are authorized to access the accommodation. Any change in the number of occupants must be reported to and approved by MERAT HOME in advance. ## 4. Unregistered Guests Unregistered visitors and guests are strictly prohibited without prior written authorization. Any person entering the accommodation who is not listed on the reservation may be considered an additional occupant. MERAT HOME reserves the right to terminate the stay if this rule is not respected. --- ## 5. Compliance with Moroccan Regulations Travelers agree to comply with all Moroccan laws and regulations during their stay. Any violation is the sole responsibility of the travelers. --- ## 6. Parties, Gatherings, and Events Parties, birthdays, gatherings, and private or professional events are strictly prohibited without prior written authorization. Any noise disturbance may result in the immediate termination of the stay. --- ## 7. Respect for Neighbors Travelers must respect the peace and quiet of residents and the neighborhood. Quiet hours: * From 9:00 PM to 9:00 AM Any justified complaint may result in eviction without a refund. --- ## 8. No Smoking The accommodation is strictly non-smoking. The following are specifically prohibited: * Cigarettes * E-cigarettes * Hookah (shisha) * Cigars * Any other smokable product --- ## 9. Tobacco Odors and Specialized Cleaning If a tobacco odor is detected after the traveler's departure and requires: * odor-removal treatment, * deep cleaning, * or temporarily taking the accommodation off the market, the actual costs incurred may be charged to the traveler. --- ## 10. Use of Narcotics Possession, consumption, storage, or distribution of narcotics or illicit substances is strictly prohibited. Any violation may be immediately reported to the competent authorities. ## 11. Prostitution and illegal activities Any illegal activity is strictly prohibited within the accommodation. This includes, in particular: * prostitution, * pimping, * fraudulent activities, * illegal gambling, * activities that disturb public order. MERAT HOME reserves the right to immediately terminate the stay and notify the relevant authorities. --- ## 12. Filming and commercial activities Professional filming, interviews, photo shoots, video productions, and content intended for commercial use or professional social media channels are prohibited without prior written authorization. --- ## 13. Pets Pets are not permitted unless prior written consent has been obtained from MERAT HOME. --- ## 14. Use of the accommodation The accommodation and its amenities must be used with care. It is prohibited to: * damage the amenities or equipment; * move furniture without authorization; * sublet the accommodation; * share access codes with third parties. --- ## 15. Damage and breakage Any damage, breakage, loss, or deterioration will be charged to the responsible guest. An inspection of the accommodation may be conducted before and after each stay. ## 16. AirCover Procedure and Damage Claims In the event of damage discovered after the guest's departure, MERAT HOME reserves the right to: * open an AirCover case with Airbnb; * request direct reimbursement for costs incurred. Photos, videos, invoices, and quotes may be used as supporting evidence. --- ## 17. Keys, Fobs, and Remote Controls Any loss or failure to return a: * key, * fob, * remote control, * access card, may result in a charge covering the actual costs of replacement, programming, or securing the property. --- ## 18. Reasonable Resource Consumption Guests agree to use water, electricity, and the accommodation's amenities reasonably. Air conditioning, heating, and lights must be turned off during prolonged absences. --- ## 19. Safety and Security Guests must: * lock doors and windows whenever leaving the property; * immediately report any incident or malfunction; * comply with provided safety instructions. MERAT HOME accepts no liability for the loss, theft, or misplacement of personal belongings. --- ## 20. Security Cameras Where cameras are installed, they are located exclusively in outdoor areas or common areas permitted by regulations. No cameras are installed inside the private areas of the accommodation. Guests acknowledge having been informed of their presence prior to arrival. --- ## 21. Left-Behind Items Items found after departure may be kept for a limited period. Any shipping costs are the responsibility of the guest. --- ## 23. Penalties In the event of non-compliance with these rules, MERAT HOME reserves the right to: * refuse access to the accommodation; * terminate the stay without a refund; * seek compensation for damages suffered; * contact the relevant authorities when necessary.This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.
