Damage deposit
A damage deposit of EUR 250 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed in 7 days after check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the accommodation.

Please note that a prepayment of 100% of the the first night will be charged by credit card on the day of booking. The remaining amount will be charged 15 days before check-in, also via credit card.

Also please note that Ribeira Cinema Apartments does not have a front desk. At the entrance, guests will find a safety deposit box where they should enter the first 4 digits of their credit card, followed by the letter "B". Inside the safe is the key card to the apartment. If guests have any doubts, they should contact the property directly.
Please also note that access to the apartments is done by climbing two flights of stairs .Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation.
