There are various potential noises from the neighbourhood including construction noise. Due to neighbourhood noises being outside host's control, host is not liable for refund. The property is for couples, family who will be mostly out during the day visiting the island. Not a good fit for people looking for : a silent space to work whole days, sleep during the day or a hotel.
