You will enjoy a fully independent house. The entrance through a gate leads directly to a fenced, flower-filled garden with a terrace covered by a pergola, outdoor seating, a relaxation area, and a private pool (with safety cover – open from June to September). The entrance opens into a living area connected to a fully equipped kitchen. The living/dining room includes a sofa, two armchairs, a large TV with a home cinema system, and Wi-Fi. The house is laid out lengthwise: after the hallway, you will find a bathroom with a bathtub and separate toilets, a first bedroom with a 160x200 cm bed and large closets. A second bedroom is equipped with a trundle bed (2×90×190 cm), a third bedroom has bunk beds (2×90×190 cm), and finally, the master bedroom features a 160×200 cm bed and an en-suite bathroom with a shower and toilet.
