The consumption of electricity during the stay is the tenant's responsibility. Excess will only be charged if it exceeds 30 kW per day, that is, 210 kW in 7 days. This will be calculated based on the difference between the meter readings at the time of admission and exit, plus applicable taxes. This amount will be deduced from the damage deposit. The swimming pool is open from 1st June to 30th September. During low season, the swimming pool remains closed, except if the guest wishes to keep it open at their own responsibility and covering the associated costs. For bookings of 10 nights or more, we are pleased to provide an additional set of bed linen, towels, bathroom mats, and kitchen cloths. These items will be handed over so that guests may manage their use as they see fit throughout their stay. Cleaning fee will be charged if the accommodation is not left in the right conditions before the check out. This amount will be deducted from the damage deposit. If the client comes with a pet (which must be communicated when making the reservation), once the home has been inspected, if it has traces of hair, signs of paw dirt, poop... or any other dirt, €60 will be deducted from the deposit. Towels and bedding are for the exclusive use of people, as are sofas and beds. Once the rental ends, the furniture must be in the place where it was when it entered. A damage deposit of € 350 is required on arrival. This will be collected by bank transfer. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. The deposit will be fully refunded via bank transfer if there is no damage to the property upon inspection after check-out.This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.
