No mid-stay cleaning or replacement is included. Guests are responsible for their own laundry using the washing machine provided.However, upon request, optional paid maintenance services can be scheduled with our local housekeeper (fixed, non-negotiable rates):Extra Linen Kit: €15.00 per bed change (sheets) and €10.00 per person for a fresh towel set.Full Mid-Stay Cleaning & Fresh Linen Forfait: €60.00 per intervention (complete house cleaning, sanitization, and full renewal of sheets and towels for the entire group).These optional services must be requested 48 hours in advance and settled in cash directly with our housekeeper upon arrival. LEGAL STATUS & EMERGENCY INTERVENTIONS:This property is managed by a private landlord under the "location nue" (bare rental) regulations, in strict compliance with official CIR/CIN certifications. Daily hotel or concierge services are not provided.Any emergency on-site intervention required outside the standard scope of the rental, resulting from guest negligence, misuse of equipment, or fault (e.g., lost keys, locked doors, triggered alarms, self-inflicted malfunctions) will incur a mandatory emergency call-out fee of €50.00 per intervention, in addition to the full reimbursement of actual repair costs billed by third-party professionals (locksmith, electrician, technician). To ensure a seamless experience, our standard check-in time is from 5:00 PM to 11:00 PM. * Mandatory Arrival Details: Guests are strictly required to provide their estimated arrival time at least 24 hours in advance. This allows our property manager to organize your welcome in the best conditions. * Mandatory ID Registration: In compliance with Italian law, all guests must present a valid government-issued ID or passport upon arrival for official police registration. * Early Check-in: Arrivals between 12:00 PM (noon) and 5:00 PM are subject to availability and incur a €20 fee. Please request this in advance. * Late Check-in: For arrivals after 11:00 PM, a late check-in fee of €20 applies to cover the dedicated night-time assistance from our property manager. * Key Collection: Our manager will welcome you on-site for a personalized tour of the apartment, or provide the access code for our secure key lockbox. * Optional Premium Services: Extra linen kits and additional mid-stay housekeeping are fully available upon 48-hour request (extra fees apply).This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.
