By booking, you agree to: • Follow all house rules and local ordinances • Maintain respectful noise levels, especially during quiet hours • Ensure all guests staying at the property are included in the reservation • Sign the Short-Term Rental Agreement electronically • Provide a refundable security deposit before check-in Security Deposit A refundable security deposit is required prior to check-in: • $100 for primary guests age 21 and older • $450 for primary guests under age 21 The deposit will be refunded within 14 days after checkout, less any charges for damages, excessive cleaning, fines, or other applicable fees. If charges exceed the deposit amount, the guest remains responsible for the balance.
