A surcharge of 30€ applies for arrivals after 20:01 to 23:00. A surcharge of 50€ applies for arrivals after 23:01 to 02:00. All requests for late arrival are subject to confirmation by the property. If a reservation is made for more than 2 apartments or more than 8 nights, the establishment may contact guests to request payment of 30% of the total amount, which must be made within 72 hours to guarantee the reservation. This payment is non-refundable. To ensure a swift check-in, the arrival schedule must be provided in advance. The tourist tax is charged separately. A compulsory 300,00€ security deposit will be requested upon check-in. Check-in done outside the standard opening hours are subject to the following charges: - Weekends & Bank Holidays: 16:00h - 20:00h = +20,00€ - Late arrival fees: 20:00h - 23:00h = 30,00€ | 23:00h - 02:00h = +50,00€ Check-in schedules: 16:00h - 20:00h. Smoking, pets, loud music and parties are strictly forbidden. Silent hours must be respected: 22:00h - 10:00h. If a reservation is made for more than 2 apartments or more than 8 nights, the property manager may contact the guests to request a 30% payment of the total amount, which must be made within 72 hours to guarantee the reservation. This payment will not be refundable.This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time.
