Damage deposit
A damage deposit of USD 750 is required 14 days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed in 14 days after check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the accommodation.

Guests must inform the host of any pets. If they do not do so they will receive a $300 penalty plus $25/per/night fee.
If the guest count is over 6, and there has not been prior approval for the extra guests, then these extra guests are considered unapproved guests. This will result in a $280 penalty plus $50/unapproved guest per night that the unapproved guest stays at the house."
