To ensure the safety and comfort of all guests, we ask that you review and follow these house rules: -All registered guests must provide a copy of a valid ID or passport upon arrival. -Only registered guests are allowed within the property. If you plan on inviting a guest, please let us know in advance. -Parties and events are not permitted in the apartment. -If any items are missing or damaged during your stay (e.g. towels, utensils, keys, furniture), you will be responsible for the replacement cost. -Housekeeping service is available free of charge upon request from 8AM to 4PM. Please let us know if you would like the unit cleaned during your stay. -For Arab Nationals and Arabic passport holders: -Couples must provide a copy of an official marriage certificate or family card (for GCC citizens) as proof of marriage. Unofficial documents, such as "Orfi," are not accepted under Egyptian law. Please note that it is mandatory to follow these house rules.
