Guests must be 25 years of age or older to stay at the property. Guests must provide a copy of their photo identification directly to the property within 24 hours after making their reservation. The guest's identification must match the credit card used to pay for the reservation. All guests should receive a phone call from the property within 24 hours after booking to confirm reservation details. Please note that the service fee covers damage deposit insurance for accidental property damage of up to USD $1000. Additional rules and requirements apply and will be communicated after booking.
