1. This is a private guest suite with its own private entrance. No spaces are shared, but the space is attached to our main house where we stay. 2. There is no shower, only a bathtub - with ample bath salts, bubble bath, candles, and toiletries provided. 3. If arriving between November and March - a vehicle with AWD or 4-wheel drive is required. 4. There is no air-conditioning, however the space remains about 10 degrees cooler during the summer months due to it's location. 5. Laundry is available at the main house once per week for those staying 7 nights or longer. 6. Guests are not permitted to receive mail or packages at this address, regardless of length of stay.This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. Payment before arrival via bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time.
