**IMPORTANT INFORMATION ABOUT BEACH ACCESS AND COASTAL WORKS** Currently, the stairs providing direct access to the beach are temporarily out of service as a result of a storm. There is an alternative access to the beach through the neighbouring property, located approximately one minute away. Detailed access instructions will be provided before arrival. **From NOVEMBER 2026, works are planned by the Spanish Coastal Authority (Costas) to construct a seafront promenade in front of the property.** The duration of these works is currently indefinite and they may continue for several months. During this period, there may be noise and other disturbances associated with the construction works, as well as possible temporary restrictions or changes to direct beach access. Taking these circumstances into account, we are offering **significantly reduced rates from NOVEMBER to JANUARY**. The situation and access conditions may change depending on the progress of the works. **If you would like to know the current status of the works and the beach access conditions before making your reservation, please contact us and we will be happy to provide you with the latest information available.** ### Stay conditions For stays of 10 days or less, the accommodation will be considered **Tourist Accommodation – Tourist Contract**. For stays longer than 10 days, the accommodation will be considered a **seasonal rental in accordance with Decree Law 9/2024 of the Generalitat Valenciana**, and a seasonal rental agreement must be signed.This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.
