To enter the building, all guests must present a valid ID. Foreigners must present a passport, Colombian citizens a citizenship card, and foreigners residing in Colombia a foreigners ID card. Entry will not be permitted without this document. Please provide full names and ID number at least 48 hours before your arrival. This information is required to approve the guests' entrance. Please note there will be provided one big and one small towel per bathroom. This property doesn't offer hot water. Please note a prepayment of 50% of the reservation must be made prior to arrival.
