The Guest will find the key and the codes in the mailbox. The code will be provided only when the Guest sends a copy of an identification document. In compliance with Italian law it is mandatory to verify the identity of the guest by checking the ID document with an appointment with a property employee. All requests for early/late arrivals are subject to confirmation by the property. Please note that the garage is upon request, upon reservation. The garage must be reserved at the time the reseravtion is confirmed. It must be accepted by the property. However, the garage is restricted only to vehicles: length 4,50 mt–width 1,70 mt height 2.10 mt. Wider, higher and larger vehicles cannot enter. Please note that the garage is not available until 30.09.2026 due to construction work taking place nearby.This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.
