Please note that all check-ins will take place at our office location. Arrivals after 20:00 are subject to a €50 surcharge and must be arranged with the host in advance. Guests are required to settle all dues and sign the contract no later than 18:00. Early check-in during office hours is available upon request, subject to availability, and incurs a fee of €50. Luggage storage is available at reception from 11:00 to 20:00 and carries a surcharge of €5 per bag. In accordance with local regulations, for stays exceeding 28 nights, the property requires additional guest documentation with reason of stay for verification purposes following the reservation. Additionally, a security deposit equivalent to one month’s stay is required. Failure to provide the requested documentation or the security deposit may result in the cancellation of the reservation in line with the applicable cancellation policy.This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.
