The in-person check-in service is available by appointment between 15:00 PM and 19:00 PM and is free of charge. Outside these hours, there is a €20 surcharge. After 22:00 PM, the surcharge is €50. Guests are advised that they will be required to check in online via KrossBooking. During this process, you will be asked to submit a photo of the front and back of a valid ID document (not expired) and a selfie with the ID document for each guest, including minors and infants, to verify their identity and send their data to the Police Headquarters, as required by Article 109 of the Consolidated Law on Public Safety (T.U.L.P.S.). Guests are also advised that Italian law requires a signed rental agreement, in Italian, directly with the landlord.
