We ask our guests to provide their arrival time in advance. - the rate includes 1 parasol and two sunbeds - the rate includes 1 parking space, any second car must be parked outside the facility. - the rate includes bath-towels and bed linen - the building is barrier-free and has a spacious lift - you can use the swimming pool at our partner hotel (mid-May to mid-September - weather permitting) - we have some barrierfree-apartments, please ask for them BEFORE booking - the apartment has a maximum capacity of persons (by persons we mean adults, children and infants equally) - the kitchen must be left clean, the fridge cleaned, rubbish removed, otherwise an extra fee will be charged - at check-in payment of the entire stay is required, payment by bank transfer or cheque is not allowed - a security deposit of € 200 is required, it will be returned at check-out ONLY after the control of the apartment - the property is not available for parties - Quiet time slot is 13:00/16:30 - 22:00/07:00 Use of swimming pool at partner hotel, next to the building (1 minute walk).This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.
