The keys will be handed to you in person. Upon your arrival, I will ask you for two security deposits, either by cheque or cash (they will not be cashed unless necessary): £300 as a security deposit £40 for the cleaning fee These deposits will be returned to you on the day of your departure, provided that the apartment is left in the same clean and tidy condition as when you arrived. If the apartment is not returned in a satisfactory condition, cleaning charges may be deducted from the deposit. You also have the option to choose our end-of-stay cleaning service for £40 (optional). If you would like to use this service, please let me know when the keys are handed over. We place great importance on the quality of our welcome and the maintenance of our apartment so that every guest can enjoy clean and comfortable accommodation from the moment they arrive.
