Guests are responsible for the cost of replacing lost keys, key cards, key fobs or parking permits. 7. Noise detector technology can be used in the home to monitor excessive noise levels. 8. Guests assume full responsibility for any damage, injury or loss that occurs on the premises and its facilities. Guests must report any property damage to customer service. 9. Making a booking constitutes an agreement to abide by the House Rules. Guests who breach these rules will be liable for any damages, fees, costs or expenses associated therewith.This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.
