Important information

Only when renting the entire house (including gardens and pool): a €170 cleaning fee applies, plus €50 per stay for household and bath linens. These costs must be paid in cash on site. A security deposit of €1300 is required upon arrival. It must be paid by credit card. The refund should be processed within 7 days after your departure. The full deposit will be returned to you by bank transfer, provided that no damage has been identified by the property.
