Check-ins are guaranteed from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM. After 8:00 PM, check-ins are subject to validation, except during congress periods and in the summer. Guests can choose between a physical check-in and a self-check-in, and are kindly requested to communicate their preference in advance. In the case of a physical check-in, someone will be present on-site. Please note that a physical check-in after 8:00 PM incurs an additional cost of €50, to be paid in cash upon arrival, except during congress periods and in the summer. For self-check-in, a key box is available. Check-out is by 11:00 AM at the latest. The security deposit requested is €500. A copy of your identification may be requested before your arrival. Pets are not allowed in the apartment. The apartment is non-smoking. Please remember to dispose of your trash before leaving and to leave the kitchen area clean. Otherwise, a deduction will be made from your security deposit.This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time.
