In accordance with government guidelines to minimise transmission of the Coronavirus (COVID-19), this property may request additional documentation from guests to validate identity, travel itinerary and other relevant information, during dates where such guidelines exist. If you cause damage to the property during your stay, you could be asked to pay up to USD 500 after check-out, according to this property's <a target="_blank" href="https://www.booking.com/content/terms.html#sep2023_terms_accommodations_know_subheading_6">Damage Policy</a>. The rental agreement will be sent through email. This must be signed and returned to the property prior to arrival. If no email is received from the property, the guest must contact the property. Once returned, the guest will receive check-in instructions, address, and door entry code. Please note the pool heat service has an extra fee per day and must be requested at least 48 hrs in advance to the check-in date. For last minute requests the service is subject to availability and there is an applicable trip fee. There is no daily maid service is provided.
