1. No smoking. Violations of the smoking ban will result in a fee of CHF 250 plus the cost of special cleaning and damage repair. 2. Check-in is from 3:00 PM, check-out is by 11:00 AM at the latest. 3. No parties or excessive noise. Noise monitoring systems may be installed in the apartments to monitor excessive noise. 4. Pets are not allowed, out of consideration for allergy sufferers. 5. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM. 6. Number of guests according to booking: Unregistered guests exceeding the booked number are not permitted. Prior contact is required – otherwise, we reserve the right to terminate the stay. 7. Guests are responsible and liable for the cost of replacing lost keys. 8. Guests are fully responsible and liable for any damage or loss to the premises and facilities. Please report any damage immediately. Damage to blinds that are not raised during a storm, strong wind, or thunderstorm will be charged to the guest. 9. Please leave the oven clean. A special cleaning fee will apply if it is heavily soiled. 10. Booking a reservation implies agreement to abide by the house rules. Guests who violate the house rules are liable for any resulting damages, fees, costs, or expenses. Failure to comply may result in immediate cancellation of the reservation and eviction from the apartment without refund. 11. Commercial photography/videography without written permission, as well as illegal activities, are strictly prohibited.This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.
