Damage deposit
A damage deposit of EUR 200 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed in 7 days after check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the accommodation.

Important information

Please be aware that check-in between 19:30 and 22:00 will have an additional supplement of €25. Check-in between 22:00 and 24:00 will have an additional supplement of €50. In both cases it will be charged in cash upon arrival. No check-in will be accepted after 24:00, guests will have to wait until 9:30 when the office reopens. Upon arrival guests must pay a tourist tax of €1.75 per night per person, due to the regulations established by the Government of the Generalitat de Catalunya. At the check-in, both adults and minors must be identified by DNI, NIE, PASSPORT or FAMILY BOOK. Smoking in any apartment will result in an additional charge of one extra night.
