If you arrive before 13:00, we can store your luggage until your room is ready. If your arrival is scheduled for after reception closing time, check‑in will be carried out online. For this, the following is REQUIRED: - Internet connection - Payment of all pending charges - A valid email address Due to GDPR regulations and in compliance with the guidelines of the Mossos d’Esquadra, the mandatory traveler registration must be completed digitally and must be done before entering the room. The digital keys are sent on the day of your check-in Guests must present a valid identity document when completing check‑in, whether in person or online. If you are booking on behalf of a third person, please provide them with our contact details and ask the guest to get in touch with us. If the reservation is made through an agency or platform partners, it is the responsibility of the agency/partner to contact the property to arrange the guest’s arrival, check-in, and delivery of the digital keys. Reservations where the guest does not show up and does not contact us before midnight on the day of arrival will be marked as NO-SHOW and cancelled without refund Please note that all special requests (beds, pets, additional guests, etc.) are subject to availability and may incur extra charges. Smoking is prohibited in all our facilities; doing so will result in a fine. Breakfast hours are from 8:30 to 11:00. Parking is available through a partner service and is located 18 minutes away. Bed distribution is subject to availability.
