Important notice regarding contact details: Using the same phone number or email address for different guests is not permitted; every traveler aged 14 or older must provide their own individual contact details. Furthermore, these details must be genuine, as the accommodation contract will be sent to them for digital signature. In-person verification: The requested information must be submitted via the platform after the booking is made. Upon arrival at the apartment, guests will be required to present their original identity documents to verify them against the information provided. If these documents do not match the submitted data, access to the apartment will be denied under any circumstances. Essential condition: Accommodation will not be permitted if any of the requested information is missing, if contact details are fictitious or shared among guests, or if the original documents do not match the provided information upon arrival.
