Please note everything must be in its place before check out. You can't throw cigarette butts in the garden. Please do not enter the house with sand. If pet hair or stains are left, the G must be incharge of cleaning. Do not throw any material other than toilet paper into the toilet. Before check out, remove trash to the container. Check in and check out from 11pm to 8am has a charge of 50 euros and will be deducted from the damage deposit. If there is a failure to comply with any of these requirements the damage deposit will not be returned.Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time.
