The air-conditioning system in the villas operates from 14:00 to 16:00 and from 20:00 to 08:00.This timer system works this way mainly for environmental reasons and to avoid excessive use of the air conditioning machines In case of lost keys or if keys are left inside the accommodation, a charge of €50 will be applied during office hours and €75 outside of these hours. The new keys must be collected from our office by the guest. On the day of departure, rubbish must not be left in the property. Guests must remove all waste; otherwise, a €150 waste management fee will be applied. Guest registration is mandatory by law in Spain (Royal Decree 933/2021 of 26 October) and in Greece (Law 4446/2016). Close to the arrival date, we will send an online check-in link to register all guests.Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time.
