For stays exceeding 6 (six) nights, a cleaning service and linen change performed by our staff are mandatory; this incurs an additional fee of €80, with the schedule to be agreed upon (please note that the "final cleaning" mentioned in the listing refers only to the tidying and resetting of the accommodation upon check-out). The weekly cleaning service includes: floor washing; general cleaning of the bathroom (toilet, bidet, shower, etc.); kitchen floor cleaning; and changing of bed linen and towels. The guest must pay the required amount directly to our staff or via other methods agreed upon at check-in. 2) Waste Management. Daily waste must be handled and disposed of according to specific rules—requiring the utmost diligence—based on the collection schedule provided in the property. Any waste generated during the stay must be meticulously and immediately sorted: organic waste and food scraps go into the designated bag (taking care to prevent dripping); plastics go into the designated bin; glass and cans go into the designated bin and must be placed outside the evening before collection. The guest is responsible for retrieving the bin after the waste collection service has emptied it. If the waste is not collected by the service, the guest must promptly notify the Host. At check-out, the guest must not leave any leftover food or waste residue in the property. If, at the time of check-out, the Host or cleaning staff discovers waste that was left behind and not disposed of—due to the guest's carelessness or negligence—Sardegna Explora reserves the right to impose a penalty. The organization will report the misconduct and failure to follow rules, supported by photographic evidence, directly to the booking platform (OTA), which will withhold a sum ranging from €100 to €300. 2) Handling of bed and bath linens. The property is supplied with a linen set comprising towels (for bidet, face, and shower), a shower mat, bed sheets, and—during the winter season—blankets, duvets, and duvet covers. Guests must use these items solely for their intended purpose and avoid using them for other activities. Guests must refrain from using bath towels to wipe off sunscreen or other substances that inevitably stain the fabric. The same rule applies to bed linens; these must be used with care to avoid staining caused by body lotions, makeup products, or blood, all of which create damaging marks on the fabric. Should the Host or cleaning staff discover—at the time of check-out—stains that are damaging or inconsistent with proper use of the linen, Sardegna Explora reserves the right to impose penalties on the guest. This involves reporting the misconduct and failure to observe the rules—supported by photographic evidence—directly to the booking platform (OTA), which will withhold a sum ranging from €100 to €300.This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.
