1) At the request of the staff, guests are required to present their identity documents during office hours (11:00-17:00) of all guests arriving at the apartment. If the arrival takes place outside office hours, guests are required to send photos of the documents electronically. 2) We reserve the right to collect a deposit at the facilities. The deposit will be returned after the end of the stay, provided that no damage is found in the apartment. The decision on the necessity to pay the deposit and its amount is determined on the day of the guests' arrival. 3) The facility is strictly prohibited from organizing parties. 4) Only people listed in the reservation may stay at the facility. 5) The facility is strictly prohibited from smoking cigarettes, tobacco products and electronic cigarettes. The ban also applies to the apartment, balcony and common areas in the building.Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. When staying at the property with children, please note that the property is legally obliged to apply standards for the protection of minors, to determine the identity of the minors and their relationship with the adult with whom they are staying.
