There is a charge for heating the house in the winter of 280.00 Euros per week to be paid at check in. There is no charge for air conditioning. There is a gardener coming twice per week to look after the property and the Jacuzzi. Laundry and cleaning through the week is available at an additional charge - one time per week is 180.00Euros to be paid at check in.This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.
