The kitchen is equipped (tableware, toaster, expresso machine, microwave, stove, oven, extractor, water heater, washing machine, dish washer and fridge). Kitchen is served with laundry and dishes detergent and hand soap. Each room is limited to one guest. Independently of the length of the stay the booking fee only includes loan of one linen package: 1 set of bed linen (1 top sheet, 1 bottom sheet, 1 pillow, 1 pillow case), 1 bath towel, 1 hand towel. Note this is a shared apartment with cleaning services for common parts (kitchen and common bathrooms) only once a week. As so all guests are required to comply with apartment rules in order to keep the apartment clean and tidy during the week. Please be kind to read full house rules available. By booking with us, you agree to comply with the full list of rules: Once the reservation is made, you should send personal details (name; nationality; place of birth; date of birth; identity card number; passport number; address of residence; country of residence) and a picture of your passport or EU Identification card. This information will be accessible to Immigration and Border Services. National citizens must also provide remotely proof of I.D. card and information of home address. Guests who fulfil this requirement will receive access credentials on the check in date, before check in time. The holder of the booking must be the beneficiary of the stay. Only identified and registered guests of the booking are allowed to enter and be inside the apartment. Guests are required to wash either manually or in the dishwasher the tableware used as well as tidy and wipe kitchen countertop and table after each usage and leave it tidy and ready to use for next guest. Kitchen appliances should be cleaned after each usage. This also applies after each bathroom usage. Hairs/ sand should be removed from sink and shower base and disposed on trash bags, not on sewer. Remove water leftovers from inside the clothes iron before tidying up and place it vertically when not ironing. Only groceries are allowed to be stored on common areas. Belongings and suitcases should be left inside private rooms. Forbidden to leave clothes drying inside apartment. Mandatory to switch on ceiling extractors when taking hot shower and at least for 30 minutes more after shower is ended. Mandatory to switch on kitchen extractor above stove when using stove. Guests are required to take daily trash and recycle bags to the street container. Guests should bring their own bathroom amenities and are not allowed to use other guests' belongings nor food items. Cleaning of private areas takes place at check out only. Cleaning of common areas takes place once a week. Toilet paper, kitchen paper and napkins are at guests's expenses. Guests are responsible for damages and losses occurred in common and private areas. No parties nor events are allowed. Smoking/ Vaping not allowed not even at windows. Mandatory quiet hours from 9 PM until 9 AM. No scooters, bicycles nor skate boards allowed inside apartment or building.Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time.
