- Check-In and Check-Out: The standard check-in starts at 4:00 PM and check-out ends at 10:00 AM. An early check-in or a late check-out can be arranged for a fee of 10 EUR per hour, provided it is discussed and approved in advance. In the event of a late check-out without prior approval, we reserve the right to hold you liable for any consequential costs. - No Smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited in our accommodation. A penalty fee of 250 EUR will be charged if this rule is not observed. - Number of Guests: The number of guests must not exceed the number stated at the time of booking. For each unreported additional guest, we charge a fee of 40 EUR. - Pets: Pets are unfortunately not allowed in our accommodation. If pets are brought despite this rule, we reserve the right to charge a cleaning fee of 300 EUR. If you need to bring a service animal (such as a guide dog), please contact us before booking. - Commercial Use: The commercial use of the property for photography, videography, or similar activities is only permitted with prior approval and against a fee of 50 EUR per hour. - Parties: Hosting parties and larger gatherings are strictly prohibited in our accommodation. If this rule is violated, a penalty fee of 250 EUR will be charged. All additional costs will also be billed. - Illegal Activities: Any type of illegal activities in our accommodation is strictly forbidden. Violations of this rule will be reported to the relevant authorities without delay. - Local Guests: Guests from the surrounding area (50km radius) must consult with us before booking and obtain explicit permission. Otherwise, we reserve the right to cancel the booking. -Extra charges: City Tax 2.50PLM per person/per night should be paid upon arrival.Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. When staying at the property with children, please note that the property is legally obliged to apply standards for the protection of minors, to determine the identity of the minors and their relationship with the adult with whom they are staying.
