If you arrive at the apartment more than 1 hour later than your pre-arranged check in time without notifying, there is an extra charge of 10 EUR. A prepayment deposit via online payment link is required to secure your reservation. The property will contact you after you book to provide the payment instructions. Please note that an additional charge of 30€ (check-in from 21:00) / 40€ (check-in from 23:00) will apply for late check-in. Please note that those steps should be completed at least 24hr before your arrival to organize your check-in. Otherwise, we cannot guarantee that you will receive all the instructions in time & there could be considerable delay to enter the apartment (& possible extra charges). Work hours are from 09:00 to 18:00, Monday to Friday. Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in.
