Reservations canceled at least 60 days before check-in will receive a 93% refund. Reservations canceled at least 30 days before check-in will receive a 43% refund. (For Booking.com reservations, a 7% non-refundable transaction fee will be charged by the platform.) b) We are committed to protecting our properties, which is why we have partnered with *Know Your Guest*, the leading guest verification provider for vacation rentals. Please note that before your reservation begins, you will be required to verify your information and ID, as well as pay a refundable deposit or a non-refundable accidental damage waiver through TRUVI.This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.
