Parties and/or bachelor/parties are not permitted. -Unregistered visitors are not permitted. -The maximum capacity is limited to 6 people (including children and infants). -The building's pool is open Wednesday through Monday from 8:00 am to 8:00 pm. Maintenance is always required on Tuesdays from 1:00 pm to 8:00 pm. -Check-in is at 4:00 pm and check-out is by 11:00 am. (This time is flexible depending on availability and the apartment's schedule, which can be checked on the day of arrival or departure). -A tourist registration fee of 20,000 COP per person will be charged upon arrival. Only credit or debit cards are accepted; cash is not accepted. (This amount may vary according to building regulations and is not included in the total reservation value).This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
