House Rules: 1. Missing/soiled towels/linen- do not take home, vomit on or wipe makeup or any hard to remove staining liquid on towels or linen. In case you accidentally vomited outside the toilet bowl, please use toilet paper to clean up and then throw in trash after. Use tissue paper to wipe makeup not towels. 2. Smoking/Vape- not allowed inside building, allowed outside at Designated smoking area beside BBQ pit only. Put cigarette butts in proper ash trays or trash, not thrown on the ground or anywhere near the house(balconies and stairs). If we detect smoke residue or pet smells not only do you forfeit the Environmental Deposit but you will also be charged separately for aircon deep cleaning fees for all 9 units of aircons in the house. 3. Trash/Leftover food- Do not leave trash/food out in common areas, this will attract stray cats and flies. 4. Trash segregation- segregating trash is strictly enforced by Quezon City ordinances. We have separate bins for biodegradable and non biodegradable trash. Please throw trash in the correct receptacle. 5. Party decorations- If you put up extraneous party decorations like balloon, streamers, etc. please take them down and home with you, and make sure not to damage or stain the walls/ceilings when putting them up or taking them down. 6. Cleanup after use- as we have shared spaces please clean up your trash in common areas like the pool, garden and parking areas. 7. Bathroom etiquette- Do not flush/throw tissues, napkins, cigarette butts or any non-biodegrable items in the toilet bowl. Throw them in the trash bin. Do not vomit in sink, vomiting in the sink causes plumbing problems. 8. Doors and Windows- please keep doors, windows and screens closed at all times, this is for your own security and health as we do not want intruders or mosquitoes inside the house. 9. Noise- as we are located in a private compound with other residents, no loud noises in public areas after 8pm. If you brought karaoke machines, loudspeakers, pls use only inside the room w/ doors and windows closed. 10. Pool Rules- Please wear proper swim attire, do not go into pool if you have open wounds or cold symptoms, please avoid all lascivious behaviour in all public areas, especially the swimming pool. Pool is open between 7am-12mn. Please be quiet in the pool area after 8pm. No lifeguard on duty, minors are not allowed unaccompanied in the pool area. Please sign waiver before going to the pool. 11. Exceeding listing capacity is discouraged, but if unavoidable extra pax is charged at 700/head for overnight and non staying visitors at 400/head up to a max of 5pax only. Guests may not have unregistered visitors entering the property for security and safety purposes. If you need to exceed the 15pax (with extra pax already) please book both houses. 12. Cancellation and Change of Date Requests- If you chose the "Non Refundable" option to get 10% off the booking rate that means you shoulder the risk in case of unforeseen events that affect your date of stay, In that case our Cancellation Policy applies and Change of Date requests are not allowed. 13. For stays of more than 3 days, since the rates are discounted a separate bill for electricity use will be charged based on the amount of electricity consumed. 14. Aircon- please turn off aircons when not in use for more than 2 hours. If you are going to cook, turn off aircons in the common areas and turn it back on 30min after cooking to air the place out and prevent damage to AC filters. 15. Please don't leave personal belongings unattended in common areas.Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
