1. Mandatory Online Check-in (Prerequisite for Stay) After booking, all guests receive a separate guest app. Complete online check-in via this app is mandatory. All required information must be provided; in certain cases, identity verification via ID card is also required. Accommodation is not possible without a fully completed check-in. Access to the apartment is granted only after successful verification. 2. Check-in & Check-out You can find the exact times in your booking confirmation and in your guest portal. Earlier check-in or later check-out is possible – subject to availability – for an additional fee. If the agreed check-out time is exceeded or our cleaning is delayed as a result, guests are liable for all resulting costs. 3. Booking from Your Own Place of Residence Reservations from your own place of residence are not permitted. In exceptional cases, please contact us in advance. 4. Smoking, Parties, Noise & Substances Parties, excessive noise, and smoking inside the apartments are not permitted. Smoking is only allowed in designated outdoor areas (e.g., balconies with the door closed). The possession, consumption, or carrying of drugs or other illegal substances—including cannabis—is strictly prohibited. Alcohol is only permitted in household quantities. Violations will result in immediate and unconditional termination of your stay without refund. Additional fees (e.g., €250 for smoking/parties; from €500 for intensive special cleaning) and further claims for damages may be charged. 5. Commercial Use Commercial photography, video, or filming is only permitted with prior written consent. For unauthorized use, we will charge a usage and expenses fee of €250. Further claims remain reserved. 6. Number of Guests The maximum number of guests allowed is determined by the booking. Unregistered or additional guests will be charged €30 per person per night. 7. Pets Pets are not allowed. In case of violation, we will charge an additional cleaning fee starting at €100. Please register any assistance or companion animals before arrival. 8. Duty of Care & Liability Guests are liable for all damage to or loss of items in the apartment during their stay – including inventory, textiles (bed linen, towels), keys, access cards, remote controls, and parking permits. Textiles must be used only as intended. Irremovable stains, discoloration, or improper use may result in charges for special cleaning or replacement. Damage must be reported before check-out. Repair, replacement, or reprogramming costs will be billed accordingly. 9. Noise & Security Monitoring Noise sensors may be installed to ensure compliance with the house rules. Video surveillance may be in use in common areas (e.g., entrances, hallways, outdoor areas). Tampering, removing, or covering these systems is prohibited and will result in immediate termination of your stay without a refund. Of course, there are no cameras inside the apartments.This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.
