Likewise, for outside chairs/tables. -No food or drinks allowed near snooker room on the first floor, in bedrooms and swimming pool area. -Do no charge EV at the premise. The villa is not equipped with proper charging facility for EVs. -Outsiders other than declared guests are strictly prohibited within the premise. -Strictly comply to checkout times. -MAINTAIN cleanliness of the barbeque area. Please bring your own equipments for BBQ activity (net, charcoal etc.) -Do not throw pebbles or litter into the swimming pool. -Do not eat or drink whilst in the pool. -Do not mess with swimming pool pump/in-ground pool equipments. -Only swimwear or jersey/nylon type clothing is allowed during swimming. -Pets/street animals are prohibited within the premises/compound. -The exterior of the house is equipped with CCTV, including the pool area, for safety purposes.This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.
