Use the furniture, appliances, and all apartment amenities with care. Please turn off the air conditioning and lights when you are not in the apartment. Dispose of trash in the designated collection areas of the building. For safety reasons, minors must not be left unsupervised on the balcony, in common areas, or at the beach. Parents or legal guardians are solely responsible for supervising minors at all times. We are not responsible for accidents or injuries resulting from failure to comply with this rule. 🕒 Schedule and Check-in Check-in is from 3 PM onwards. Check-out must be completed before 12 PM. 🚨 Wristbands for Access to Common Areas By order of the administration of Morros 922 Building, all guests must pay a fee of $20,000 COP per person to receive a wristband granting access to the common areas. ‼️ Important: This fee is not included in the reservation and must be paid directly at reception by card (POS terminal) at the time of check-in. Wearing the wristband throughout the entire stay is mandatory. 🚫 Building Rules and Safety Regulations According to the Horizontal Property Regulations and Coexistence Manual of Morros 922 Building, temporary guests are not allowed to receive visitors, either in the apartments or in the common areas. Apartments have a maximum occupancy limit based on the number of bedrooms. It is not possible to accommodate more guests than stated in the listing, even by paying an additional fee. This rule is mandatory and non-negotiable under the Horizontal Property Regulations of Morros 922 Building. Upon registering at the building’s reception, guests agree to comply with the internal regulations. All guests must present an original identification document at reception upon check-in: ✔️ Colombian ID (physical or digital), RC, TI, or NUIP. ✔️ Passport with entry stamps (foreigners). ✔️ MERCOSUR travelers: must present the travel slip. ✔️ Venezuelan nationals: only PPT or passport is accepted. ❌ Copies, PDFs, driver’s licenses, or other documents are not accepted. ❌ Check-in cannot be completed without the required documentation. Minors: If a minor is not traveling with their parents, a notarized and authenticated authorization letter must be presented, along with: Copy of the minor’s identification document (RC, TI, NUIP). Photocopy of both parents’ ID cards. Express written authorization from the parents or legal guardians allowing the minor to stay as a guest. This requirement is strictly enforced in accordance with Law 679 of 2001, Law 1336 of 2009, and Law 1098 of 2006. Failure to provide this documentation will result in denial of entry for the minor under any circumstances. Check-in cannot be completed without compliance with this documentation requirement. 🔐 Personal Belongings We are not responsible for loss or damage to personal belongings. Guests are advised to securely store any valuable items. 🐶 Pet Policy Pets are allowed under certain conditions. To ensure a pleasant experience for all guests, the following rules must be observed: Additional Costs: An additional cleaning fee will be charged per pet, as deep cleaning with additional staff is required. 🚫 If a pet is brought into the property without prior notice or authorization, a fine of 200,000 COP will be applied for violation of this rule. Pet Rules: A copy of the pet’s vaccination record must be sent for approval prior to arrival and presented at reception upon check-in. Pets are not allowed on beds or furniture. Pets are not permitted to relieve themselves inside the apartment or in common areas. Towels, bed linens, tableware, or other apartment items must not be used for pets. Guests must bring: Pet bed Towel Food and water bowls Any other necessary accessories Any damage caused by the pet will be charged as an additional fee.
