➤ We're located near the intersection of McDaniel St and Ralph David Abernathy Blvd, 1 mile east of the West End MARTA station. Please note that there may be occasional train noise due to the property's proximity to the railway. Please review the location and make sure that it will work for you before booking. Mechanicsville is in a transitional area of town. Expect to see houses close together, people walking around outside, and the occasional smoker. If any of those things make you uncomfortable please book elsewhere. ➤ There's a $100 pet fee per pet up to 25 lbs., additional charges will apply if more than 25 lbs. A maximum of 2 pets are allowed. ➤ Please be advised that there may be noise from other tenants/guests from the other unit. We cannot control the actions of other individuals and apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. ➤ We do not have a washer and dryer provided ➤ Events are subject for approval, so you need to inform us in advance about your plans. For approved regular events, we charge $100 and those with large productions start at $300. ➤ This property includes security features, such as Schlage smart locks and security cameras, for your safety and peace of mind. ➤ Last-minute bookings are reservations that was made within 48-72 hours before the checkin date.Please be aware that for last-minute bookings, our standard check-in time is adjusted to 7 PM. However, in some cases, we may be able to accommodate a 4 PM check-in so please let us know asap if you need an earlier check-in, and we'll make every effort to accommodate your request. ➤ In order to set realistic expectations, we offer essential starter supplies to make your stay more comfortable. These complimentary supplies comprise shampoo, soap, toilet paper, and a few other basic items. Please note that these supplies are not intended to last for the entire duration of your booking but are provided to avoid the need to rush to the supermarket immediately upon arrival. ➤ This is a private apartment in a 6-unit complex. The majority of those units are rented out on Airbnb. ➤ There’s a pet fee of $100/pet for up to 2 pets. ➤ Any additional guests past the number you booked for will need to be cleared with us before their arrival. We do allow visitors with permission, but if they’re unauthorized we charge $100 per visitor. This is just to protect ourselves from events getting out of control without our knowledge. ➤ Please park anywhere there is space in the complex's fenced parking area. Please note that parking anywhere outside of those that are mentioned will be considered as a house-rule violation. ➤ Packages or mail deliveries are only allowed for long-term stays (15 nights or more). However, in case of a lost item, we wouldn't be responsible or liable for any damages. ➤ We thoroughly clean every listing but cannot always control if smoke or other odors get into the unit from outside. As such, unwanted smells are not grounds for a refund under any circumstance. We will provide an ozone machine upon request within 24 hours for odor removal. ➤ This listing is sprayed regularly for pests…if you see a dead bug, that means pest control is working! Since we do live in the South, and no matter how many times we treat, it's impossible to keep every single bug out. Bugs come out to die when they are killed…as such, the presence of a dead bug will not be considered valid grounds for a refund.Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.
