Security Deposit Pre-Authorisation- A security deposit will be pre-authorised on the guest’s credit card up to 7 days prior to arrival. The pre-authorisation will be released within 7 days after departure, following a full property inspection, provided no damage or loss has occurred. Online Check-In Required- All guests are required to complete our secure online check-in form at least 48 hours before arrival. This process includes: - Confirming your arrival time - Providing a valid credit card for the security hold (no charges will be made unless required) - Accepting our House Terms & Conditions - Uploading a valid photo IDThis property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.
