Late arrivals: Must request instructions in advance. Online check-in is required, and keys are collected from our secure key box at the office entrance. House rules and accommodation information: Smoking and parties are not allowed at the property. Guests may not accommodate more people than the number stated in the reservation. Final cleaning: The rental price includes standard cleaning of the apartment after check-out, including changing the bed linen and towels and preparing the apartment for the next guest. This does not include leaving the apartment excessively dirty or untidy, leaving all dishes unwashed, failing to take out the rubbish, or moving furniture from its original position. If the apartment is not left in a normal condition, a minimum charge of €30 for additional cleaning may be deducted from the security deposit. Lost keys, remotes or cards: The replacement cost may be deducted from the security deposit.This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
